Choosing a plan

Basic — small businesses with up to 5 users who just need professional email on their domain. Starter — growing teams that need unlimited users, more storage, and admin control. Premium — established teams that need full collaboration tools (Drive, Docs, Cliq, Connect), advanced security, and high storage.

No — all users on a domain share the same plan. If different team members need different features, choose the plan that covers your most demanding user.

You can upgrade at any time through the customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.

Yes, at the end of your billing cycle. Note that downgrading from Premium means losing access to Drive, Docs, and other premium-only tools — we'll guide you through what to back up first.

Setup & migration

Yes. Migration from Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, cPanel webmail, or any other IMAP-based provider is included on every plan. We move your existing emails, contacts, and calendars over and only cut DNS once it's verified working.

Typically one business day for new setups. Migrations take 1–3 business days depending on mailbox size and the number of users.

No. We configure the new system in parallel, verify everything works, then switch MX records during a low-traffic window. You won't lose messages.

Yes — email runs on your domain. If you don't have one, we can help you register it before setup.

Features & compatibility

Yes. All plans support IMAP, POP, and SMTP. Starter and Premium also support ActiveSync for full calendar and contact sync on Outlook and mobile.

Yes — through the dedicated mobile apps (iOS and Android), through your phone's built-in mail app via IMAP, or via webmail in any browser.

An alias is an extra address that forwards to an existing mailbox (e.g. sales@ → john@). A mailbox is a separate inbox with its own storage and login. Aliases are free; mailboxes are billed per user.

Drive — cloud file storage, like Google Drive. Docs — online document/spreadsheet/presentation editing. Cliq — team chat. Connect — internal team collaboration network. These are part of the Zoho Workplace suite, included on Premium.

Security & compliance

Yes — TLS encryption in transit on all plans. Premium adds S/MIME for end-to-end message encryption and two-factor authentication for account access.

Spam and phishing filtering runs on every plan; Starter and Premium add advanced threat detection. We monitor delivery infrastructure and act on abuse reports — but if something slips through, contact us and we'll investigate.

Yes, on Premium. Admins can require two-factor authentication for all users from the admin console.

Billing

Per user, per month, billed annually in advance on Basic and Starter. Premium also offers monthly billing at a slightly higher rate.

Yes. Adding users is prorated for the rest of your cycle. Removing users credits your next renewal.

Card payments and SEPA bank transfers through the customer portal.

Yes — through the customer portal. Mailboxes are kept safe and reactivation is immediate.

Yes. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
