No — all users on a domain share the same plan. If different team members need different features, choose the plan that covers your most demanding user.
You can upgrade at any time through the customer portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference.
Yes, at the end of your billing cycle. Note that downgrading from Premium means losing access to Drive, Docs, and other premium-only tools — we'll guide you through what to back up first.
Yes. Migration from Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft 365, cPanel webmail, or any other IMAP-based provider is included on every plan. We move your existing emails, contacts, and calendars over and only cut DNS once it's verified working.

An alias is an extra address that forwards to an existing mailbox (e.g. sales@ → john@). A mailbox is a separate inbox with its own storage and login. Aliases are free; mailboxes are billed per user.
