Email Policy

This Email Policy explains how DMU ("we", "us") handles email communications sent from and received at our domain (@dmu.gr), including confidentiality, data protection, security, and the responsibilities of senders and recipients.

Emails sent from DMU and any attachments may contain confidential and/or privileged information intended solely for the addressed recipient(s).

If you receive an email from us in error:

• Notify the sender immediately by reply email.
• Permanently delete the message and any attachments from your systems.

Opinions and statements expressed in emails are those of the individual sender and do not necessarily reflect the official position of DMU unless explicitly stated. Formal commitments, including contracts, proposals, scope changes, and approvals, are only binding when issued through the DMU Portal or signed by an authorised representative.

DMU may monitor, record, and archive email traffic on its systems for security, compliance, quality-assurance, and operational purposes, in line with applicable law and our internal policies.
