We pride ourselves on being a one-stop digital partner for businesses that want to grow, adapt, and thrive online. We are looking for a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Agent to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling the social media presence of our clients — from strategy and content creation to post scheduling and performance monitoring. This role does not require any involvement with client on-boarding, billing, or proposals. You will work entirely through our internal CRM, which provides clear task scheduling, reminders, and client-specific needs.
Responsibilities
- Create and manage post calendars per client
- Design branded visuals and write captions for each post
- Schedule posts and stories
- Maintain consistent tone and quality across all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with our internal team for strategy, analytics, and creative input
- Deliver monthly reports and strategic insights
- Edit short-form video content for reels/stories (optional but highly valued)
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing social media accounts or a strong portfolio showcasing diverse, high-quality content across platforms
- Strong grasp of content trends and platform best practices
- Familiarity with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Buffer, or similar
- Solid writing skills and visual creativity
- Strong time management — our CRM helps, but you must stay on top of deadlines
Desired Qualifications
- Basic video editing (Reels/TikToks) is a strong plus
