DMU is a fast-growing digital services company offering tailor-made solutions in web development, e-commerce, branding, SEO, social media, and more. We pride ourselves on being a one-stop digital partner for businesses that want to grow, adapt, and thrive online. We're now building our Business Development team — and we're looking for ambitious, resourceful, and charismatic people to join us. As a Business Development Agent at DMU, you'll be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing early-stage client relationships. You'll be the first point of contact with potential clients and the bridge between discovery and proposal.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential leads aligned with DMU's services and portfolio
  • Initiate outbound contact via email, phone, LinkedIn, or other channels
  • Qualify leads based on fit, need, and readiness
  • Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, pain points, and digital needs
  • Collaborate with our creative team to shape proposals and project briefs
  • Present proposals and handle early-stage discussions
  • Nurture warm leads and maintain CRM records
  • Hit activity and pipeline goals based on your level and targets

Required Qualifications

  • Strong communicator — confident in calls, meetings, and messaging
  • Resourceful — you know how to find leads, ask good questions, and keep things moving
  • Emotionally intelligent — you listen well and can match your tone to the client
  • Comfortable working with targets and structured processes
  • Naturally curious about digital products, tech, and how businesses grow

Desired Qualifications

  • Have experience in sales, client-facing roles, or agency environments
  • Understand digital services like websites, branding, SEO, etc.
  • Speak fluent English
